Empowering Counselling Services
Our counselling service is based in Worthing, West Sussex. We offer online, telephone, walk and talk and face to face sessions
If you are going through a difficult time in your life and feel alone, Empowering Counselling Services may be able to offer the support you need. By using various therapeutic approaches and techniques to assist you in overcoming challenges and improving your mental wellbeing.
I specialise in grief and loss, anxiety and stress, abuse, rejection, confidence, relationship issues, childhood traumas and much more. You may even just want to talk in a non judgemental safe space about your feelings.
My commitment extends beyond the counseling room, as I actively contribute to my community as a Samaritan, offering a listening ear to those in need. I am not just a counsellor; but also a holistic well-being specialist who believes in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives, making a positive impact on both the microcosm of personal well-being and the broader community.
A qualified, DBS checked Therapeutic Counsellor and Hypotherapist aka as Aunty Paula, Paula very much looks forward to working with you.

I have over 6 years of counselling experience and a lifetime of events that led me to become a counsellor.
